This is itel’s RS4, the first smartphone under the company’s RS lineup. It is also the company’s first gaming smartphone, and as such, it gets the Helio G99 Ultimate CPU from MediaTek. This is a notably stronger CPU compared to the Helio G91 CPU used on the recently announced itel S24.
The phone is available in two storage options; so you are getting a model with 8GB RAM + 128GB ROM, or a 12GB RAM + 256GB ROM with double VRAM expansion on both storage options.
It comes with a 6.6-inch IPS screen with 720 x 1612 pixels, has a dotted notch atop the screen, and the display panel is given a 120Hz refresh rate. Sadly, the interface is still itel OS 13, based on Google Android 13 instead of the latest Android 14.
Coming to the camera options, the RS4 has two lenses on the rear; a 50-megapixel main lens, and a QVGA depth sensor, while a single 8-megapixel selfie snapper is used on the front.
The phone has a 5000mAh battery with 45W fast charger. It comes with NFC, USB Type-C, and Bluetooth 5.0, and is painted in Lurex Black and Silvery White. The table below contains the full specifications of itel’s RS4 smartphone.
