The Redmi 10 Prime is the direct successor to the Redmi 9 Prime of last year. It is basically a rebadged Redmi 10 for the Indian market. The device comes in a 6.5-inches screen with FHD+ resolution, and a centrally placed dot cutout for the selfie camera. The screen panel is LCD, and it has 90Hz refresh and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 on top.
Powering the device is MediaTek’s Helio G88 octa-core CPU clocked at 2.0GHz, along with Mali-G52 GPU, 4/6GB RAM and 64/128GB of internal storage, expandable up to 512GB via SD card.
As for the camera optics, the main snapper on the Redmi 10 Prime is a 50-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL sensor with PDAF and F/1.8 aperture. There are three other auxiliary sensors of 8-megapixel wide lens, 2-megapixel macro snapper and a fourth 2-megapixel depth lens.
Additionally, the phone has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and there is space reserved for dual Nano-SIM and an SD card on the side. Finally, the device has 6000mAh battery on the inside with 18W and 9W reversed charging, while Google Android 11 with MIUI 12.5 is available out of the box.
