The Gionee G6 borrows the looks of the previously announced steel 5. It come in a 6.22-inch HD+ display, with 720 x 1520 pixels resolution, has a Waterdrop notch overhead, housing the front facing camera sensor. The major selling point point of the device is the built-in battery capacity and it affordable price tag.
Specification wise, you are getting same octa-core Mediatek MT6763 Helio P23 CPU clocked at 2.0GHz, along with Mali-G71 GPU. It has 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage, but the storage can be further expanded upto 128GB via SD card.
Coming to the camera department, you are getting a dual rear camera setup, comprising of a 12-megapixel main sensor, featuring PDAF, f/2.0 aperture, and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor loaded with AI features. At the front, there is a 13-megapixel selfie sensor with 1080p video recording and AI faceID.
And again, the Gionee G6 does not have a fingerprint scanner.
