ElePhone A5 is yet another mid-range runner device from Elephone Mobiles. The major highlights of the A5 is the presence of a dual front facing camera, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and the presence of Mediatek Helio P60 CPU. As for the screen, you are getting a 6.18-inch Full-HD+ display, with 1080 x 2246 pixels resolution. The display is an IPS LCD panel, with an iPhone X-like notch overhead.
Specification wise, the ElePhone A5 is powered by the above mentioned MediaTek Helio P60 (MT6771) Chipset, a 4 x 2.0GHz ARM Cortex-A73, and 4 x 2.0 GHz ARM Cortex-A53 CPUs, along with Mali-G72 MP3, a 4GB of RAM and 64/128 GB internal storage, expandable up to 512GB via SDcard.
On the camera department, there is a triple rear sensors, a combination of 12MP main sensor, a 5MP wide angle lens and a 0.3MP depth sensor, featuring PDAF, AI features and a single LED flash. There is no LED flash at the front of the device, but you are getting dual camera sensors upfront; a combination of 20MP main sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor.
The device comes with a side-mounted Fingerprint sensor as well as support for Face identification technology. Interestingly, the A5 comes with a 4000mAh battery that support up to 9V/1.8A fast charging over USB Type-C interface. There is also dual SIM support with LTE networks, all crowned by Google Android 8.1 (Oreo) out of the box..
