This is Xiaomi Redmi 12 5G model, and it should not be confused with the 4G model of Redmi 12. Although both phones offers almost the same specs from outside design, to screen display, but this 5G model is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 5G CPU, and should offer better performance than the Helio G88 chipset on the 4G model.

Every other specs remains the same, safe for the absence of the Ultrawide camera on the 4G variant. So, the Redmi 12 5G has the same 6.79-inches FHD+ display, two rear camera system powered by a 50-megapixel main sensor, an 8-megapixel selfie camera, a 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charger, and Google’s Android 13 with MIUI 14 out of the box.
