The XTouch X is the smaller variant of the X10. This unit comes with just 2400mAh battery instead of the 4000mAh battery used on the XTouch X10. It also has just 8 MP rear camera and a 5 MP front facing camera, in place of the 13MP/8MP back/front camera used on the X10.
Aside the above, other specifications are same: You are still getting a 5.8 inch HD+ display, with 720 x 1440 pixels resolution.
