Cubot King Kong 7 is the direct successor to the King Kong 5 Pro. As an upgraded model, the version comes with better CPU, better camera, but a notable smaller battery capacity compared to the predecessor. Being a rugged device means there is both IP68 and IP69K certification for water and dust resistance. It sport a 6.36-inches display with 1080 x 2300 pixels resolution with a dot-notch over the screen.
Under the hood, Cubot’s King Kong 7 runs on the MediaTek MT6771V/C CPU, also known as Helio P60. It is an octa-core processor clocked at 2.0 GHz, along with Mali-G72 GPU, 8GB RAM, 128GB of internal storage and support for SD-card to the tone of 256GB.
As for the optics, you are getting three camera modules on the back; the main snapper is a slightly large 64-megapixel unit, along with 16-megapixel ultrawide lens and a 5-megapixel macro lens, while a single 32-megapixel selfie snapper seat in the dot-notch upfront.
