The Benco V8 is the third smartphone launched in the Nepal mobile phone market by Lava Mobiles. Of the three devices announced by Benco Mobiles so far, the V8 seems to be the most premium of them all. It has better CPU, larger display and even a triple rear camera setups. The display is a 6.53-inch IPS screen, with 720 x 1560 pixels resolution. It has a notch overhead, housing the frontal selfie sensor.
On the camera department, there is the aforementioned triple rear sensors, comprising of a 16-megapixel main sensor with f/1.7 aperture, and two additional 2-megapixel macro and depth lenses with f/2.4 aperture. On the front, there is a single 8-megapixel sensor with f/2.0 aperture, and support AI faceID and face beautification.
As for the CPU, you are getting a 2.0GHz octa-core Mediatek MT6763 Helio P23 CPU, along with Mali G71 MP2 GPU, a 2GB RAM and 32GB internal storage, expandable up 256GB via external SD card.
The device is available in Coral Orange and Sea Blue colors, and comes with a rear placed fingerprint scanner with support for dual 4G enabled Nano-SIMs. There is a built-in 4000mAh and runs on Android 9.0 (Pie) out of the box.
