The Nokia C1 Plus is the upgraded version of Nokia C1 announced back in December of 2019. Apparently the new C1 Plus comes with 4G network and offers Google Android 10 out of the box, with a slightly better display. Talking about display, the device comes in same 5.45-inches display, but offers 720 x 1440 pixels resolution unlike the 480 x 960 pixels on the older version.
