Realme is a sub-brand of OPPO mobiles, and the Realme 1 is the first smartphone from the company. This sub-brand and it products are targeted mainly at youth, and brings high specifications at affordable prices. The device comes in a 6.0-inch Full-HD+ display. It uses 18:9 aspect ratio, and has 1080 x 2160 pixels resolution, bearing about 78% screen-to-body ratio.
At the back, the Realme 1 features a single 13-megapixel main camera and a single LED flash. For selfie lovers, there’s a single 8-megapixel front-facing with face Beautification and FaceID support. Interestingly, on the inside, the device runs on an octa-core Mediatek Helio P60 SoC clocked at 2.0Ghz, along with Mali-G72 MP3 GPU, 3/4/6GB RAM and 32/64/128 GB internal storage, with a slot for additional storage of up to 256GB using SD card.
The device is powered by Android 8.1 (Oreo) out of the box. Disappointingly, the device does not come with a fingerprint scanner, but it has support for 4G VoLTE on dual Nano-SIM, USB 2.0, and fuelled by a 3410mAh battery.
