This is Samsung’s Galaxy Z Flip4, the direct successor to the Galaxy Z Flip3 5G of August 2021. The new comer brings bigger battery capacity, faster charging, latest OS and a more powerful CPU. The Z Flip4 sports a foldable 6.7-inches screen on the front, and a 1.9″ smaller display on it rear. Both display are variants of AMOLED panel, with Corning Gorilla Victus+ on both sides.
Instead of the Snapdragon triple 8 on the older model, the new Galaxy Z Flip4 is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 CPU. A single 8GB RAM is available, but you can choose from either 128GB, 256GB or 512GB of built-in storage. The phone also offers water resistance, thanks to it IPX8 certification.
Coming to the camera department, you are still a getting dual lenses on the rear; a 12-megapixel primary sensor with Dual Pixel PDAF, OIS and f/1.8 aperture, coupled with a secondary 12-megapixel ultrawide lens, with up to 123˚ FoV. The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4 still retains the same 10-megapixel selfie sensor from the previous models.
Battery power on the Flip4 is now pushed to 3700mAh battery, featuring 25W wired, 15W wireless and 4.5W reverse wireless fast charging respectively.
