Google Pixel 5 is the direct successor to the Pixel 4-series of 2019. The model comes in an aluminum body, Gorilla Glass 6 with IP68 rating, and powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon CPU. From the front, you are getting 6.0-inches OLED screen with 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution, and a punch hole notch which houses the selfie camera on the front.
Under the hood, there is the aforementioned Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G octa-core CPU, clocked at 2.4GHz, along with Adreno 620 GPU. Memory options includes 8GB RAM and 128GB of non-expandable internal storage. Like other Google phones, you also get Titan M Security chip for optimized security, and rear fingerprint scanner and FaceID is available as well.
As for the optics, Google is still retaining same camera setup on the Pixel 4a 5G, which includes a 12.2-megapixel main sensor with OIS and 16-megapixel ultrawide lens on the rear, and a single 8-megapixel selfie lens upfront. You also get 4K video recording at both 30/60fps, while 1080p video can go all the way to 240fps.
The phone runs Android 11 out of the box, has a rear placed fingerprint scanner, and support Bluetooth 5.0. Sadly, the model does not have 3.5mm audio jack, but you are offered dual stereo speakers as well. The phone is backed by a 4080mAh battery with 18W wired, 12W wireless and 5W reversed charging.
