This is iTel P40, the first smartphone in the company’s P-series announced first in the Indian market. It is powered by the same CPU used on the Vision 5, and even sport the same screen. However, the battery on the P40 is bigger, and the rear camera design looks more modern. The display is a 6.6-inches panel with 720 x 1612 pixels.
On the inside, the iTel P40 is powered by the UNISOC SC9863A SoC. The chipset has 8-core CPUs, clocked at 1.6GHz, along with PowerVR GE8322 GPU. The phone is available in two storage options; 3GB RAM + 32GB ROM, or 4GB RAM + 64GB ROM. Both RAM option can be expanded with additional 3GB RAM through memory Fusion Technology.
Camera specifications on the P40 smartphone includes an 13-megapixel main lens, along with an auxiliary VGA sensor. You are also getting an LED flash on the rear, while a 5-megapixel selfie sensor is kept on the front.
Additionally, there is a fingerprint scanner on the rear of the phone for security reasons. The phone also gets dual Nano-SIMs support with a 4G LTE network on both SIMs, while Google Android 12 (Go Edition) is available out of the box.
