The UltraMintt Y5 is the direct successor to the Mintt Y3 launched in Australia. The key difference between the Y3 and Y5 is the updated camera specs, and the use of a more recent Android OS. The display remain same 6.3-inches screen with a V-shaped notch overhead, a 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution and a Corning Gorilla Glass protection.
Specification wise, the UltraMintt Y5 also benefits from same Mediatek Helio P60 octa-core CPU at 2.0GHz, along with Mali-G72 MP3 GPU 4 GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage, expandable up to 256GB via SD-card.
As for the camera department, three lenses are held at the rare. This an improve 48-megapixel main sensor, a secondary 8-megapixel wide lens and a third 2-megapixel depth sensor, leaving the selfie duties to a single 16-megapixel lens kept in the notch upfront.
A rear fingerprint scanner is held up at the back while, same 4050mAh battery with 18W and 10W wired and wireless charging reside on the inside.
