This is Oscal Flat 1C. It is a new range of affordable smartphones from Oscal-backed Blackview. The phone comes with a 6.56-inch HD+ screen featuring a dewdrop notch on the head. It is powered by the UNISOC SC9863A CPU and has 2GB RAM along with 32GB ROM.

The phone is an ultra-cheap entry-level smartphone, so it does not offer much camera-wise. A single camera system is used both on the front and rear. The front has a 5-megapixel selfie camera, while the rear is given an 8-megapixel snapper.

The phone comes with a 4700mAh battery, supports dual 4G SIMs, and is powered by Android 13 with DokeOS 4.0 Go out of the box. Available colors include Black, Blue, and Purple.
