The Realme 7 is the direct successor to the Realme 6 released back in March of 2020. As an update, the new comer comes with a refreshed rear design, larger built-in battery and of course, a new CPU is used as well. Although the display remains a 6.5-inches FHD+ screen with 1080 x 2400 pixels. It has an IPS panel with same 90Hz refresh rate and a punch-hole notch atop the screen like it predecessor.
On the inside, there is the latest Helio G95 CPU from Mediatek. The SoC has octa-core CPUs clocked at 2.05GHz, along with Mali-G76 GPU. No more 4GB RAM; storage now starts with 6GB RAM + 64GB ROM or 8GB RAM and 128GB ROM.
On the optics, four lenses are used at the back: this includes a 64-megapixel main snapper with PDAF and F/1.8, a 119-degree 8-megapixel wide angle lens, 2×2-megapixel lenses for macro and depth sensing respectively, as well as a single LED flash. For selfie, there is a single 16-megapixel snapper kept in the notch upfront.
Like the older realme 6, the fingerprint sensor on the Realme 7 is kept by the side, but battery power now come from a 5000mAh battery supporting 30W fast charging. The device is available in Mist Blue and Mist White colors, and run on Google Android 10 out of the box. The full specifications of the Realme 7 is contained in the table below.
