The Realme X is the first device from Realme to get a motorized pop-up front-facing camera. And not just that, it also the first device from the company to have it fingerprint scanner hidden underneath the phone’s display. The gadget comes with a large 6.53-inch Full-HD+ display with 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution. The phone screen covers almost the entire front panel, leaving out about 14.4%, which account for those bezels round the display.

Specification wise, the Realme X is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 CPU, an octa-core chip clocked at 2.2GHz, aided by the Adreno 616 GPU. Storage wise, the device is available in four (4) variations: a 64GB ROM + 4GB RAM, a 64GB ROM + 6GB RAM, a 128GB ROM + 8GB RAM, and a 256GB ROM + 8GB RAM. Considering the available storage options, Realme saw no reason for external SD card, but a dual Nano-SIM with support for 4G LTE network is still present.

At the back, you are getting a dual camera set up, which includes a 48-megapixel main sensor with f/1.7 aperture, and a 5 MP depth sensor with AI effects and a single LED flash. Upfront, Realme made use of a single large 16-megapixel selfie sensor, with AI Beauty and AI FaceID.

As mentioned above, the device comes with an in-screen fingerprint scanner, and available in Steam white, Punk Blue colours. It runs Android 9.0 Pie out of the box with Colors OS v6.0, and pack a 3765mAh battery with 20W fast VOOC charging, which can charge the device up to 50% in 30 minutes.
