Samsung Galaxy C55 5G
The Samsung Galaxy C55 5G is a mid-range phone launched in April 2024. It runs on Android 14 with One UI 6.1 and supports GSM, HSPA, LTE, and 5G connectivity. It shares the same internal specifications with the Galaxy M55 launched back in March, but comes with a vegan leather rear. Storage options include 8GB RAM with 128GB or 256GB storage, and a top option of 12GB RAM with 256GB storage. Additionally, expandable storage is available via microSD card up to 512GB.
The C55 5G features a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1000 nits peak brightness. Powering the phone is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset.
The rear camera system consists of three lenses: a 50MP main sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultrawide sensor, and a 2MP macro sensor. The front-facing camera is also 50 megapixels. Video recording capabilities include 4K at 30fps and 1080p at up to 120fps.
The Galaxy C55 5G packs a 5000mAh battery with support for 45W fast charging. Other features include a fingerprint sensor under the display, stereo speakers, and Bluetooth 5.2. The phone comes in two color options: Black and Orange. Both colors feature a vegan leather back with stitching, with red stitching on the Orange variant and blue stitching on the Black version.
