The Galaxy S20 Ultra is the highest variant of the S20-series. The device top the two other variants from display to camera, and battery. It even has a larger 16GB of RAM, which is the highest RAM size seen on any smartphone till date. The device has a 6.9 inches display with 1440 x 3200 QHD+ resolution and around 89.9% screen-to-body ratio.
Like the other two variants, this also has an international version running on the Exynos 990 CPU along Mali G77 GPU, and the USA or Canadian version, which is powered by the Snapdragon 865 CPU coupled with Adreno 650 GPU. Both variants has up 16 GB of RAM and up to 512 GB internal storage expandable via a microSDXC card.
On the camera department, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra has a whooping 108-megapixel main sensor, similar to the Xiaomi Mi Note 10. The secondary camera is a dedicated Periscope lens with up to 10x hybrid optical zoom. Then, there is a 12-megapixel ultra-wide angle lens, a 0.3 MP + TOF 3D dedicated depth sensors.
The phone can record video at 4320@30fps, and come with Dual pixels PDAF, f/1.8 aperture and Super Steady Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), along with a single LED flash. Unlike the other variants, the S20 Ultra comes with a larger 40-megapixel selfie sensor, featuring dual pixels PDAF, Dual video call, Auto-HDR and f/2.2 aperture.
There is a non-removable 5000 mAh battery with up to 45W fast charging via a USB Type-C interface. The device is said to charge from 0-100% within 74 minutes. It has only 5G variant and comes in either single or dual SIM options.
