The vivo X70t is a variant in the X70-series, and also the direct successor to the X60t announced earlier this year. It has specifications similar to the vanilla X70, but the CPU comes from Exynos 1080 SoC from Samsung, instead of the Dimensity 1200 used on the standard model. From the front, you are getting a 6.56-inches FHD+ display, with AMOLED panel, HDR10+ and 120Hz refresh rate.
The processing power on the Vivo X70t comes from Samsung’s Exynos 1080 SoC, same CPU used on the X60 (China version) announced back in December of last year. The CPU is a 5G 5nm octa-core Chipset with 2.8GHz clock speed. It has Mali-G78 GPU, and comes in a combination of 8/12GB RAM and either 128/256GB internal storage.
On the camera department, the Vivo X70t comes with three camera module; a 40-megapixel Sony IMX766V main lens with f/1.9 aperture and 5-axis VIS; 12-megapixel 120° ultra-wide lens; 12MP 50mm portrait telephoto camera with OIS. There is also a dual LED flash at the back, while a 32-megapixel selfie lens with f/2.5 aperture handles selfie duties upfront.
You are also getting an under-display fingerprint scanner, dual Nano-SIMs with 3G/4G/5G SA/NSA network as well as a 4400mAh battery with 44W fast charger. The device boots Google Android 11 with OriginOS 1.0 out of the box. The full details of Vivo X70t smartphone is contained in the table below.
