This is Vivo Y01, the smaller options to Vivo’s Y10. So even though both phones are powered by same CPU, the Y01 is given a single rear facing camera. From the front, you are getting a 6.51-inches display with 720 x 1600 pixels. There is a dewdrop notch on the head, which is the abode for the front facing camera.
On the inside, the Vivo Y01 is powered by MediaTek’s Helio P35 8-core CPUs, clocked at 2.3GHz, along with PowerVR GE8320 GPU. The model is available with either 2/3GB RAM, paired with a single 32-Gigs of built-in memory.
Now, coming to the camera department, only a single lens is used on the rear, and it is an 8-megapixel snapper, along with a single LED flash. For selfie, there is a single 5-megapixel lens on the front. Obviously, this new Y01 will be retiring the older Vivo Y1s in multiple regions.
Unsurprisingly, the phone has no fingerprint scanner, but it comes with FaceID, and a space for 3-in-1 card slots. The built-in battery capacity is 5000mAh with 10W charger, while Google’s Android 11 (Go Edition), with Funtouch OS 11.1 is available out of the box. The detailed specs of Vivo Y01 is contained in the table below.
