The Xiaomi Redmi K30 5G Extreme Edition is the upgraded version of the K30 5G announced back in December of 2019. This come with the Snapdragon 768G CPU instead of the 765G used in the older version. It has same 6.67-inch IPS LCD display, with 1080 x 2400 pixel resolution, and use an in-screen pill-notch, housing a dual front facing camera.
On the camera department, you are getting same six (6) camera sensors in all; two (2) sensors up front, and four (4) at the back. Of the four sensors at the back; there is a 64 MP wide angle shooter, featuring PDAF and f/1.9 aperture pegged with an ultra-wide 8 MP sensor with f/2.2 aperture, a third 2 MP depth sensor. But instead of the 2 MP macro sensor used in the 4G variant, the Redmi K30 5G comes with a larger 5 MP macro sensor.
The K30 5G also has a dual front facing camera, kept in the pill-notch upfront. The camera is a combination of 20 MP + 2 MP sensor, supporting HDR, face beautification and available in 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.
The phone comes with a side mounted fingerprint scanner and a 3D AI FaceID along with other Android locks. There is a large 4500mAh battery with supports for 30W fast charging, and the Android 10, underneath MIUI 11 out of the box.
